CHDE SNCO specialists participated in Disaster Risk Reduction Global Platform 2019-07-04 The representatives of Armenian Center for Humanitarian Demining and Expertise SNCO participated in the Disaster Risk Reduction Global Platform, Switzerland, Geneva. Delegates of about 182 countries participated in the platform, in which they called for to  take steps in the implementation of target procedures highlighted in the Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030 Sendai Framework. The Disaster Risk Reduction includes complex procedures. The general components are 1. Provision of interaction between stakeholders through effective transfer of data, 2. Inclusion of socio-economic factors.
Camp for the children from Armenia and Artsakh 2019-07-23 Օn 23 of July CHDE SNCO specialists implemented Mine Risk Education and practical trainings in “Gugarq”,  camp, Lori region. Conditional explosion was carried out and the children got acquainted to safety code of conduct. CHDE SNCO annual camp started from 15 th of July. 42 schoolchildren from Syunik, Tavush and Shirak regions and 6 volunteers from the center are participating. Mine Risk Education trainings are organized for all the children having their rest in the camp. This time children from different parts of Artsakh were participating in the event. The main purpose to organize the camp is to increase the level of awareness.   
“ Technical Survey” training in Bosnia and Herzegovina 2019-07-08 GICHD conducted “Technical survey” trainings in cooperation with NPA organization. 17 Representatives from 11 countries participated in the trainings, the specialists of Armenian Center for Humanitarian Demining and Expertise, as well. The training was organized in NPA Global Training Center. During theoretical and practical training the participants were represented international mine action standards, the main processes of land releas, the principals for technical survey etc.. They had the possibility to see how the the dogs are trained to detect mines. At the end of the training the participants took tests, and the best ones were given cerificates.
